How Primo Haven Works
Primo Haven is designed to make senior living and care decisions clearer, calmer, and more manageable for families. We focus on education first — helping families understand their options before decisions are made under pressure.
Step 1: Learn and Understand Your Options
Primo Haven provides educational information about assisted living, memory care, and related senior housing options. Our goal is to help families understand how different care settings work, what questions to ask, and what factors to consider when evaluating next steps.
Content is designed to be neutral, practical, and easy to understand — not promotional. Families are encouraged to take their time and explore options at their own pace.
Step 2: Clarify Needs and Priorities
As families learn more, they can better identify priorities such as level of care, location, budget considerations, and personal preferences. Primo Haven helps frame these considerations so families feel more confident moving forward.
Who You’ll Speak With
When families choose to engage further, they may speak with a Senior Care Advisor. A Senior Care Advisor helps individuals and families explore senior living options, understand differences between care settings, and navigate next steps — at no cost to families.
Senior Care Advisors provide guidance and information only. They do not make decisions on behalf of families, and families remain fully in control of all choices.
Step 3: Optional Referral Support
Primo Haven also operates as a senior living referral service. When appropriate, families may choose to be connected with independent senior living communities or care providers that align with their stated needs and preferences.
There is no cost to families for using Primo Haven. Referral services are typically compensated by participating care providers, and families are never required to work with any particular facility.
Referral and placement services, when offered, are conducted through Primo Haven Operations. All final decisions always remain fully in the hands of the family.
Step 4: Make Informed Decisions
Primo Haven does not make decisions on behalf of families and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Our role is to support informed decision-making by providing clarity, structure, and transparency.
Families are free to use as much or as little of Primo Haven as they find helpful.
Ongoing Development
Primo Haven is under active development. Additional tools, educational resources, and guided features are being built to further support families throughout the decision-making process.
